The terms and conditions are as follows: GoSouthernMD.com will assist for free in managing your listing and will assist in questions or concerns by the potential buyer of your listing. Your listing will be placed with our site within 48 business hours upon your approval. Your listing fee will be $25 for access to your listing along with our back office support and Search Engine Optimization and Programming by our team. This fee will be deducted from the final sale. We will charge one fee per listing and multiple listings will be free once the $25 fee is paid. If it does not sell then you do not have to pay the fee. We have a right based on our experience to give you our opinion to give you the best chance to sell your product. As a liaison between you and the buyer, at no time is GoSouthernMD.com liable for your product if it is false listed based on the product not being what the buyer expects. The liability will solely be held between you and the buyer but we will do everything possible to rectify any complaint. Your listing will be placed and be seen by over 1,000 unique visitors a day and our sales support team will assist in selling your product. We will not do anything under your listing price without your approval. Once your listing sells, the buyer will pay for the product with a credit card on our site and you will be notified via an email that your listing sold. You will then decide if you wish us to ship it on our UPS account with the shipping costs deducted from the total.
